First let your steak reach room temperature. When it's too cold, the meat will stew in stead of cook. Rub the steak with a thin layer of olive oil. For this, use the Olive Oil Every day, which can be heated to a high temperature, without burning. Then sprinkle with pepper and salt.
The best way to cook a steak is in a hot grilling pan. Cook the steak 1 minute at all sides on a high heat. Afterwards, 3 minutes on low heat for a medium steak. Let the steak rest on a plate covered by aluminium foil. This makes sure the juices are absorbed by the steak.
