This week we will make the HelloFresh recipe with creamy spaghetti, broccoli and walnuts. You make it extra tasty with some Grana Padano and our rosemary olive oil. This recipe is vegetarian and quick to prepare.

Garlic, shallot, spaghetti, sliced broccoli and cabbage, cooking cream, Grana Padano, walnuts and a dosette of rosemary olive oil.
This is how you make it
Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling water. Add some extra salt, so that the spaghetti does not stick together. Meanwhile, peel and finely slice the garlic and shallot and put them in a large frying pan over a medium heat with a good dash of olive oil. Deglaze with some white wine vinegar. Then add the pointed cabbage and broccoli. Add a little water with a quarter vegetable stock cube per person.Place a lid on, and for 7 minutes. Meanwhile, add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 6-8 minutes. When cooked, drain in a colander.
Add the cream and some of the Grano Padano cheese. Stir for another 2 minutes. Serve straight away sprinkled with rosemary olive oil.
