The ultimate Christmas breakfast | Egg | Truffle oil
Start off your day with a lovely breakfast with Italian twist. This scrambled egg, our Al Tartufo oil and a nice slice of prosciutto are close friends. Serve on a roasted sandwhich and finish with fresh rosemary.
Recipe: Scrambled egg with truffle oil
For 2 persons:
50 gr porcini mushrooms
4 tbsp Olive Oil Every Day
2 tbsp Al Tartufo olive oil
2 slices of prosciutto
A few twigs of rosemary
Clean a few mushrooms and cut into pieces. Slightly loast 4 sandwiches. Heat half of the Olive Oil Every Day in a warm frying pan and bake the mushrooms for 3 to 4 minutes (stir regularly). Divide the mushrooms over the roasted sandwiches. Beat the egg, add salt and pepper. Heat the rest of the oil in the pan and poor the eggs. Let it set on low fire. Don't bake the eggs for too long, because you want the egg to still be a little smooth. Put the egg on the mushrooms and sprinkle some truffle oil over each sandwich. Top off with fresh rosemary.
A colorful lunch | Duck breast

Recipe: Salad with duck breast
For 4 persons:
2 tsp mustard
3 tbsp Il Terzo olive oil
1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
1 tsp honey
100 gr mixed salad
200 gr smoked duck breast (slices thinly)
200 gr raspberries
Prepare a dressing of mustard, olive oil, vinegar and honey. Mix with the salad. Divide the salad over 4 plates, put the duck breast on top and sprinkle with raspberries. Lovely in combination with nut bread.
Christmas dinner | Skin-baked sea bass

Recipe: Skin-baked sea bass
For 4 persons
4 sea bass fillets
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp Olive Oil Every Day
3 shallots (chopped finely)
150 gr grasswort
2 tbsp Al Limone olive oil
Rub the sea bass with salt, pepper and lemon juice and let it absorb the flavors for some time. Heat the olive oil and bake the fillets 4-6 minutes on each side until cooked properly. Take another pan to fry the shallots, grasswort in the olive oil. Serve the sea bass on top of the grasswort with a little Al Limone olive oil as finishing touch.
