How to make your own pizza dough

There is Neapolitan pizza and Roman pizza. The big difference is that the Roman way contains olive oil in the dough, which makes it extra crispy.

Ingredients ( 6 bases)
2.5 grams of salt
 550 ml water
1 kg of double 00 flour
 2 g dried yeast
2 ml olive oil
maize flour, for dusting

how to make it
Mix the salt with the water and swirl. Also mix together the flour and the yeast. Add the water and swirl with a spoon for about a minute.

Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it further by hand on a clean countertop. Then add the olive oil in sections. You can use our olive oil Every Day for this.
You should now have been kneading for about 8 to 10 minutes. Put the dough in a bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 5 to 20 minutes on the counter.
Divide the dough into six pieces. Make balls of these pieces by folding the edges inwards. In this way, you get a nice tight ball without rolling. Place the six balls on an oven dish and cover with cling film or a damp cloth and put in the fridge for one day.

Take the dough balls out of the fridge 2 to 3 hours before you are going to bake the pizzas. Prepare the toppings you want to use and only then proceed to the next step.
Set the oven to maximum grill mode. If you have a pizza stone, you can also heat it. Dust your clean countertop with the cornflour and throw the dough balls on it. Make nice pizza-shaped slices of dough by stretching the dough from the middle to the sides. Do this by hand and do not use a rolling pin.
Spread the toppings over the pizzas. Take care. Do not use too much pasta sauce, because then they will be too wet. Make sure you can see the dough through the sauce in some places.
Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven at the highest setting. In 8 minutes your pizza will be golden brown and crispy.
