Pasta recipe with kale and ricotta

A fast and tasty pasta lunch with our favourite winter vegetable kale. This green friend is full with healthy vitamins. Together with a creamy ricotta cheese a perfect candidate for your lunch break. And this recipe is ready in only 15 minutes.
 
Ingredients for 1 person:
 
100 gr pasta
100 gr kale
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp oregano
Olive Oil Every Day
50 gr fresh ricotta cheese
1 spring onion
some hazelnuts
 
 
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Chop the garlic and kale. Meanwhile, heat Olive Oil Every Day in a deep skillet over medium high. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic, kale and oregano and sauté 4-5 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to coat. Wait till it’s cooled down. Cut the ricotta and spring onions. Chop de hazelnuts. Add it all together.
 
Will you bring this pasta to your work the next day? Then put the pasta with kale in the fridge. Keep the ricotta separate and add this just before you leave. Put a single serve dosette in your bag and add the olive oil just before you will enjoy your lunch.
