Carrot cake

Easy to make and very tasty. Carrot cake. Spicy, sweet and creamy. If you use the same cup for everything, it will be fine. I used a coffee cup.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 cups grated carrot (uncooked)
- 1 cup ground walnut
- 140g Philadelphia
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Olive Oil Every Day

How to make it.
Grease a cake tin or use baking paper for the tin. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix the eggs, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and oil in a large bowl. Then add the cinnamon, ginger, grated carrot and ground walnut. This mixture can now be placed in a baking tin. Put it in the oven for about 40 minutes. Keep an eye on it, it has to stay creamy so don't put it in the oven for too long.
In the meantime, mix the Philadelphia with the butter, icing sugar and vanilla extract. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down. Cut the cake in half and brush the inside with the mixture. Put the halves back together and brush the top.
For some decoration you can put some grated carrot on the top, and that's it.
