One of Ridder’s favorite vegetarian recipes is a Moroccan lentil curry. Super tasty with ginger, cumin, Ras el Hanout spices and mustard seed. The dish will become extra spicy with homemade Harissa. 
This is a spicy red sauce that is often made with peppers, tomatoes, cumin, coriander, salt, olive oil and garlic. Instead of the red peppers Ridder used the Chili pepper oil.
 
Ingredients for 4 people
2 onions             
4 cloves garlic
A piece of ginger
100 grams lentils
2 big tomatoes
4 carrots
2 sweet potatoes
mustard seed
cumin
Ras el nahout spices
Chili pepper olive oil
Coconut milk
 
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Add a lug of Oil Every Day Bake in a frying pan or wok, followed by the onions, ginger and garlic. Then bake the spices, mustard and cumin briefly. Add the lentils with water and coconut milk and let it boil. Chop the tomatoes, carrots and sweet potatoes and add them too. Finally, put all the ingredients in a large baking dish with some Al Peperoncino olive oil and place them in the oven for half an hour.
