Spaghetti alla carbonara

The classic recipe

Spaghetti alla carbonara. Super tasty and super easy! A perfect low-budget meal where you cannot prevent thinking about the beauty of Italy.

Ingredients for 4 persons: 
400 gr spaghetti
250 gr guanciale or pancetta
100 gr Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
Olive Oil Every Day

Cook the spaghetti as mentioned on the package. Meanwhile, heat a pan and add some Olive Oil Every Day in which you can bake the pancetta (slices) in appr. 4 minutes.

Take a bowl in which you mix the eggs with 50 gr of Parmesan cheese and some pepper. Stir until mixed well. 

Turn off the fire and add the egg mixture to the pan with spaghetti and pancetta, stir and let it ret for some minutes. 

Serve your pasta carbonara with the left over Parmesan cheese and optional; sprinkle with our Al Peperoncino olive oil to spice things up.
