pasta with feta and tomato
This pasta is very tasty and easy to make. The pasta is rich in flavour. The main ingredients are tomato, feta cheese and pasta of course. You can give the pasta your own twist by using your favourite flavourings. Estrella made this delicious pasta in the following way.
- block feta
- 250 grams of cherry tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- Basil leaves
- Shell pasta
- Al Peperoncino
- Olive oil every day
This is how to make it.
First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the oven dish with our olive oil Every Day. Place the block of feta cheese in the middle of the oven dish and divide the cherry tomatoes around it. Then finely chop the garlic. Spread the garlic over the tomato and feta cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Finally, pour a generous dash of our olive oil Every Day over the whole thing and it can go into the oven. Bake the feta and tomato for 30 minutes in the oven.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Then pick the basil from the sprigs. In the meantime, the feta and tomato are ready and can be removed from the oven. Spread the basil over the feta and tomato. Drain the pasta as well
Now mix the feta, tomato and pasta together and add another dash of Al Peperoncino olive oil. Divide the pasta over the plates and Buon Appetito!
