Recipe: Spaghetti alle Vongole

Italian pasta: easy and quickly served

The most recent Mother's Day, Ridder knew how to get a huge smile on his mother's face. By making his famous spaghetti vongole for her. Secretely, this is an easy and quick dish to make. But that doesn't matter, it's all about the brilliant flavors! 

This recipe consists of only a few ingredients (4 persons):
1 kg small shells (vongole) 
Bunch of fresh flat leave parsley
4 cloves of garlic
2½ dl white wine
400 gr spaghetti
Olive Oil Every Day
Fresh pepper 
 

Get all of the ingredients and you're ready to start! The shells should be nice and clean, and closed. Finely chop the parsley. Put a little Olive Oil Every Day in the pan. Add two cloves of garlic and some fresh pepper, fry shortly. Meanwhile, cook water for the spaghetti. Add the vongole to the garlic and pepper and give it a good shake. As soon as the shells are open, pour the white wine. Add the pasta to the shells one minute before it's cooked. Toss the pasta and add a fair amount of chopped parsley.
