spaghetti with tomatoes and burrata

With Al Limone olive oil

This spaghetti with roasted tomatoes, chilli, burrata and lemon olive oil is easy and quick to prepare and very tasty too.

Ingredients for 4 persons: 
- 1 clove (fresh) garlic
- 1 chillipepper
- 300 g tomatoes
- basil
- 400 g spaghetti
- 1 ball of burrata
- Olive oil Every day
- Al Limone olive oil

This is how you make it.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Finely chop the garlic and fry it in a pan with a dash of Olive Oil Every Day. 
Meanwhile, put the tomatoes in an oven dish, sprinkle with a dash of Olive Oil Every Day and a little salt and pepper. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Then finely chop the chilli pepper and add it to the pan. Then add half of the roasted tomatoes. Bring everything gently to the boil. Add a dash of Al Limone olive oil to the sauce.

Cook the spaghetti in another pan with water and salt. Add a tablespoon of cooking liquid to the sauce before you drain the spaghetti.

Then mix the pasta with the sauce in the frying pan. Spoon into a large bowl and add a dash of lemon olive oil, basil and burrata. Spread the rest of the roasted tomatoes over the spaghetti.
