Skin-baked salmon

It does not even take 15 minutes of preparation, but tastes absolutely delicious!

4 Salmon steaks
2 tbsp Olive Oil Every Day
Sea salt
A branch of dill

If necessary, take the remaining scales of the salmon’s skin and dab the salmon until it’s dry. Chop the dill finely and sprinkle the fish with sea salt, pepper and the herbs. Heat 2 tbsp of Olive Oil Every Day on medium heat in a frying pan. Take the pan of the fire and stir to make sure the oil is divided evenly. Add the salmon steaks to the pan with the skin down. Bake the salmon for approximately 4 minutes, until it’s golden brown. Turn the steaks and bake for another 4 minutes. When the fish tends to fall apart, it is cooked properly. Serve with pieces of lemon. Nice additional dishes: baked potato and a fresh salad.
