Recipe: skin-baked sea bass

Easy sea bass dish with lemon olive oil

Sea bass is a loved fish in Italy. Its silver skin is so tasty, that it's a waste to remove. This recipe is easy, but oh so good!

For 4 persons:
4 sea bass fillets
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp Olive Oil Every Day
3 shallots (chopped finely)
150 gr grasswort
2 tbsp Al Limone olive oil 

Rub the sea bass with salt, pepper and lemon juice and let it absorb all of the wonderful flavors. Shortly fry the olive oil and grasswort in another pan with a shallot in the olive oil. Serve the sea bass on the grasswort with our fresh Al Limone olive oil as finishing touch. 

This dish can be perfectly combined with potatoes from the oven, a salad or a Sicilian Grillo white wine from www.ByTheGrape.nl
